Manage Locations
Location management in IntelliTrack Mobile includes:
- Viewing a site-location list
- Adding a location to a site
The location options are available from the Manage > Locations menu option.
Viewing a Site-Location List
Note: In order to view the location list, the role of the logged-in user must include the Locations feature.
You are able to view a list of site locations in IntelliTrack Mobile. To reach the Manage Locations form and view locations in a site, refer to the steps that follow.
- Select Manage > Locations from the menu bar.
- The Manage Locations form appears.
- The options in the Site field drop-down list include each site that the logged-in user has access to. To view a location for a site, select the drop-down arrow in the Site field and select the site from the list that appears.
- After you select a site, all locations (including inactive locations) and if applicable, sublocations, found in the selected site are displayed onscreen.
- If this site contains sub locations, the sub location name and parent location are shown.
- Tap the ok button or the Windows Close icon (X) found in the top right corner of the form to close the Options form and return to the Main form.
Adding a Location
A location may be added from the Manage Locations form. Once added, the new location is available for performing physical inventory counts and inventory moves. To add a location, see "How to Add a Location"
